I have been into fitness since I was a scrawny 16 year old. I ran, I lifted weights, I did Pilates, I did cross-fit... You name it - I did it.
I sculpted my body into perfect shape.
But, I made many mistakes along the way - wrong form, over training, bad supplementation, terrible diet all came together to rob me of my health when ironically I was in great shape.
Fortunately for me, I stumbled into an Art of Living course that taught me how to meditate and opened the world of holistic wellness.
I realised you can look fabulous and be healthy in all senses of that word. Just a great looking body is never enough. You have to feel as great as you look.
I took up natural body building and the results speak volumes. I am in better shape than I ever was. I have more stamina and endurance than I could have ever imagined.
But most importantly, I am happy!

My fantastic training is the perfect blend of traditional exercise routines, body weight movement and stretching with a focus on breathwork.
We train 3 to 4 days a week for less than an hour - this is the optimum time to work on our bodies - neither pushing ourselves into exhaustion nor keeping it so light that gains are not noticeable.
I explain the importance of sleep, meditation and diet and will set out routines for you to follow based on your body type and your fitness goals.
Each person is unique and I create a specialised bespoke wellness program for each of my clients - so they begin to see gains and improvements within a few weeks.





With the pandemic sweeping across the world, fitness and health have become more important than ever before.
I will teach you the correct form of each exercise that would be optimal for you to do - then you will have access to training videos I have created so you can internalise what you have learned in our time together. This can be done online or live depending on how feasible it is for us to meet.
You will have access to features on the critical importance and tremendous healing power of sleep by best-selling author Khurshed Batliwala (Bawa).
When it is possible to meet in person, I will give you 1 complementary session of Craniosacral Therapy - a holistic gentle touch healing modality that can release deep seated stress and trauma.
